I have been to many good restaurants, and this class of restaurants is often experimental and challenging to my taste. It was an experience and a pleasure. But my wife didn&rsquo;t find many &ldquo;weird dishes&rdquo;; We were told they only serve what the chef likes, but it&rsquo;s not necessarily the same as we want. We went to the signature menu, we never had 18 different flavors, we liked all of them before, dinner. The wine was perfect. This is undoubtedly the best meal ever. There are 2 dishes, we always agree, we really don&rsquo;t like it, but here they tease the best. Magic.

Very pleasant experience. The food was superb, the service was relaxed, helpful and professional. We had the second largest fixed menu, including about 10 dishes. My daughter and I went to gastrom&eacute; for a big meal last night and we found this place was exactly what we wanted and a lovely discovery. I studied the restaurant in Aarhus for more than an hour, checked articles and restaurants on the selection of gastrom&eacute; website. I am looking for new Nordic cuisine, gastronomy, artistic expression, creativity, a fixed menu (with a selection of replacements in advance), wine and food pairing, an attractive, peaceful, somewhat informal restaurant, and a welcoming atmosphere. We were lucky to book a Friday night at this fine restaurant in downtown Aarhus. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. We had a &quot; full throttle &quot; menu, which we call &quot; tasting menu &quot; in the United States. &quot; The 8 course selection prepared things from upscale seafood, small portions of soup, tenderloin and great desserts. The waiting staff described each of our courses in English. The restaurant was full but low noise. We spent 4 hours in gastrome so planned for this one night. They had a seat and we started at 6:30 pm.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; was definitely the best dining experience when me and my family were already around the world.

I always wanted to visit the Michelin star restaurant. Gastrom&eacute; was the first to know I went. The whole experience was very pleasant from the moment you entered the restaurant. The place was very comfortable, modern and intimate dining. The staff were very knowledgeable about the food provided and the source of the ingredients used. They made each dish based on the freshest seasonal ingredients. They explained each dish, ingredients and method of making to us. They were polite and always smiling. They are also good at wine. Too bad we didn&rsquo;t get satisfied with the restaurant owner but 2 co-chefs were superb!&lt;br /&gt;I would definitely go to gastrom&eacute; if I returned to the city.
